Where we came from…
Our story starts in the 1980’s when as senior hospitality executives, Alan Hogg & Thomas Graham occasionally required the assistance of professional Recruitment Consultants. Fast-forward to 2016, with those experiences in mind and with a sole objective of “operating in recruitment as the client would want us to operate”, Global Personnel Solutions (G.P.S.) were born.
G.P.S. are a forward-thinking, full-service Executive and Management Recruitment Consultancy, with over 100 years industry experience in the Hospitality; IT & Technology; Healthcare; Conference & Events; Leisure, Sports & Fitness; Travel; Retail and, Finance industries recruiting and the placement of numerous positions from Chief Executives and General Managers to Executive Chefs and Chief Technical Officers.
Sandra and Tom believe in their honest, transparent, and confidential processes that will support the Candidate from the application and CV to the interview and after-start follow up; indeed, many of our clients today were candidates previously.
Alan and the Team will work closely and in the long-term with our Clients, assisted by our worldwide network of Industry Sector Specialists, to offer Bespoke Human Solutions and to mentor, assist, and work beside our clients, helping them achieve their goals.
